- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went in for back pain, they took me back to the room to wait and I ended up waiting over an hour. When the Dr. finally showed up they used the excuse there had been an emergency on the other side. After waiting for the Dr. and the anesthesiologist I finally received the injection in my back. I paid a lot of money out of my pocket for this and it didn't work. Nothing got any better. I went back and was again taken back to a room for another long wait of about and hour and a half. After getting agitated they once again said there had been an emergency on the other side and sent in the PA. She just said sometimes the injection takes longer to work and gave me some anti-inflammatory pills, and charged more money. Now the injection never did work and when I told them I should get a refund since it did no good they said that I would still have to pay the full amount. So I paid $613.08 for the procedure that didn't work and now they want another $352.40 for the Doctor visit and PA. For the most part a bad experience all around and very expensive for nothing. The staff weren't helpful and the Doctor kept me waiting or was just absent.July 18, 2017by Moe Arami
