- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I set up an appointment about a month ago because they were completely booked for March. I showed up today for my appointment and found out I could not be taken in because my insurance has not been authorized yet. The clinic told me they did the paperwork Tuesday and it takes about 72 hours to get authorization so when I showed up to Thursday it hadn't been done yet. I know they're really busy but I really wished the request was submitted a day earlier. I'll likely have to wait another month to see them. I'm not even angry I drove all the way from Pflugerville but I feel very defeated and disappointed. It was stressful which does nothing to help my psoriasis.
