  My husband and I went in so he could see Dr. Archana Jayachandran. We've both been sick for a while but I've been treated and had a prescription and he hadn't. I was there to help explain the situation if needed and his recent medicine but as soon as I had to speak up (he forgot the name as expected) she interrupted me and said that she is only here to treat him while not even looking at me. It was very disrespectful and presumptuous of her to assume I was trying to get treated. Without the info I shared, I'm uncertain she would've properly diagnosed him nor understood the whole circumstance. Stephanie, a nurse, was also very rude when he asked if I could come into the room with him. I had better service using Dr on Demand than this clinic. Step the service level up or you will end up competing with virtual visits.
