- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well, to start of, I'm a 72 years old man, on a lot of medications from my doctor. These people are not professional at all, they do not have an email to contact them, only these always busy phone numbers and UN-returned voice mail systems. It is really not professional for a heart care clinic. They are not specialists at all. I have requested a refill for my urgent medication over the phone, they said it will take us 1 day to refill. Then after 3 days I walked over and asked the nurse and she said I will take care of it. Then nothing happened. I called again, this is the 3rd time, and they said we will take care of it, and again nothing. It has been a full week (7 days) and today I have no more pills to take becasue they STILL did not send my refill. They are careless and cannot operate such practice. I will change to another REAL healthcare/doctors and get my medication right-away. I would never recommend these people to anyone.October 24, 2017by aln3san
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As a patient you receive Warm greeting from Jenn his receptionist so sweet & kind as was the entire staff! Dr. Grad is so friendly, offers one lots of his time - he is so kind, very practical , offers common sense advice ; brings treatment concepts down to " I would recommend this proposed treatment plan for my father or myself! Wow - kind - so "up on the latest plans and way above my expectations for a first visit! I want all to know who read this I do not hand out compliments like this "like candy to a child" one has to earn my accolades & Dr Grad certainly did!
