- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Lord is very nice & did a decent job fixing my finger I think. I've been going to her office about six months now. Probably about ten visits. But her front desk staff are HORRIBLE. I have never met a more consistently rude staff. And the thing is, it's not just one person that's rude. It's ALL of the front desk staff. They are unkind, unfriendly and behave like they're all doing me a favor. I will never recommend anyone go to Round Rock Orthopaedics-Rehab based on the performance of the front desk staff.January 25, 2017by A Google User
