- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Love Dr. Zapalac! He is very attentive, thorough and not eager to do surgery if unnecessary. Dr. Ratcliff is also very good - I have and will continue to recommend these physicians to anyone who needs an ENT. Know your insurance plan, and expect to pay your deductible if you have one as the staff will collect their portion at the time of service. This is the way medical practices are run with these days!! A large percentage of patients are on deductible plans now - that's just the way it works!
