  It was like pulling teeth trying to make an appointment. The doctor we received was incredibly awkward, and rushed us out. Next appointment she was on "vacation" (we saw her in the lobby) so we asked to stick with the new doctor who was only slightly kinder but no more informative. When we were paying, the staff repeatedly walked away and talked to other staff, after which they would turn, point, yes, POINT, and laugh and at my wife and Mother-In-Law, both of whom are shy and decent and we promptly left as to not cause a scene. Three appointments went like this until I over heard two staff members speaking to each other about my wife's recent depression and other symptoms. We are currently dealing with this breach. We had even received harassing calls concerning non-payment then they would hang up and would call us back, saying that everything was ok, and that they were mistaken while we were obviously on speaker as we could hear over three other people laughing as they hung up, without even so much as a response from us. We are going to be dealing with this issue on a much higher scale. If you can go somewhere else, do it. I'm still in complete shock, and don't understand how this hasn't been reported.
